Shipping

Important shipping information

Small consignments to 0.500 kg (e.g. single watch bands) are sent by registered mail.
The transport regulations and transit times of Deutsche Post apply.

Consignments from 0.500 kg upwards are delivered by courier. The delivery times are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00.

Express shipments and Saturday deliveries can be scheduled by agreement and subject to a surcharge.

Please note that deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.

Shipping calculation

Our delivery times are quoted in workdays;
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not workdays.

The time for calculating the delivery periods of the goods starts in the case of payment in advance as from one workday after the customer's issue of a payment order to the bank or with payment by credit card.

The delivery period depends on the country-specific circumstances. Longer transit times are possible with deliveries to islands, peripheral/border areas and regions to which access is difficult.

We assume no responsibility for unexpected delays in transit and with delivery (e.g. due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.).

When international shipments arrive in the country of destination, customs clearance procedures can lead to unforeseen delays,
so the estimated date of delivery may be exceeded.

Customs clearance, fees and taxes

When an order is placed, the recipient of the goods is regarded as importer. The importer must ensure that the goods may be lawfully imported into the country of destination.
Please obtain information from your customs office about rules and any restrictions on the import.

Orders outside the European Union (EU) are subject to the tax and customs laws of the receiving country.

The delivery address is decisive for the calculation and charging of German VAT. No VAT is charged on goods delivered to destinations outside the European Union (EU).
Additionally, an order may involve further taxes or costs which are not paid via or invoiced by us.

Customs and import duties are levied as soon as the package has reached the receiving country.
The customs or import duties arising in the receiving country or, as applicable, charges for customs clearance are to be borne by the recipient.
We have no influence on these charges and cannot predict how much they will be since the customs regulations vary from country to country.

For information in this respect, please contact your local customs authorities.

Please note that the customs may open packages for inspection.
